Returns/Exchange Policy

1. We provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for three days after the date of delivery. The returned item(s) can take an extra five to seven days to get to us. Reverse pick-up services are another thing we offer. Every purchase will have a Rs 300 reverse shipment cost deducted at the time of refund, regardless of the number of items in the transaction. This suggests that if an order contains multiple items, there will only be a single Rs. 300 deduction for the entire order rather than for each item of clothing.
2. There will be one try at pickup. if the package cannot be picked up by the courier service. The cargo must be returned to the business address. Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the service being offered in your area’s pin code.
3. In the event that a COD order is returned, a store credit will be sent to your registered email address or phone number within 1-2 business days after the return collection date.
4. Kindly send back the product or products in the same condition that they were shipped. Refunds are not given for returned goods that are ill-fitting or that are obviously worn.
5. Please give the return three days to process and for the amount to appear in your bank account.
6. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE OR PREPAID ORDERS.
7. Store credit equal to the amount you paid will be awarded for payments made via the COD option, and this credit can be redeemed at any time.
8. The cost of shipping is not refundable.
9. Please be aware that we do not respond to WhatsApp inquiries from clients.
10. Order cancellations are only accepted up until the point at which our warehouse has not sent the order.
11. We do not accept returns on specific product categories, like as accessories, masks, boxers, briefs, trunks, and perfumes, due to the stringent cleanliness standards of our items.
