- To initiate a return or exchange request for your order, go to the Place your Return / Exchange Request section on the website / app or click this link.
- Enter the necessary information when prompted.
- Choose the item or items you would want to return or exchange, then follow the steps
- Please be aware that you must request a return or exchange within three days of the delivery date.Furthermore, upon receipt of the products, they must be returned in their original packaging and tags, and they must not have been worn, cleaned, or harmed. No items without tags will be let in.
All metro areas and tier I cities typically receive the order in 2 to 5 working days; however, certain pin codes may require extra time. If there is a delay, kindly contact us.

Within 6 hours of placing your order on WhatsApp, you can cancel it. By selecting the cancel order button found in the Order confirmation message, you can choose to cancel your order.
We charge a shipping fee of RS 250/- on all COD orders.
CANCELLATION, RETURN / EXCHANGE & REFUND
To initiate a return request for your order, please click here or visit the website’s returns department. Please return the merchandise to its original packaging, complete with tags, and give the package to our courier. Once it’s returned in our warehouse, we’ll check and credit the same account that was used to make the original purchase.
Please be aware that returns are subject to a RS 300 processing fee.
A request for a return must be made within three days after the delivery date.
Considering hygiene, boxers, socks, perfumes, and face masks cannot be returned. Furthermore, orders including any complimentary items obtained during promotional activities or deals are not qualified for exchanges or refunds.
After the request is made, the reverse pick up for returns or exchanges will take place in two to three days. After the product arrives at our warehouse, usually takes seven to ten days, a quality check is conducted. After it passes quality control, you can request an exchange or get a refund within 72 hours after returning it. The merchandise will take 7–10 working days to arrive at your location after it is shipped. If you need any additional help, please contact us.
The method of refund for orders that were paid for in advance is determined on the payment method used. Your account will get the credit in two to three business days. If not, kindly contact the appropriate bank.
Please be aware that the entire money will be returned as store credit if any promotional or coupon code is used at the time of purchase. Should a non-promotional purchase occur, the bank account will get the entire amount.
After the reverse pickup is completed, the goods takes 7–10 days to arrive to our warehouse, where it is then put through a quality inspection. Within 72 hours of it passing quality control, a refund for returns or an exchange request will be processed.
